胡学伟，男，陕西乾县人，中共党员，工学博士，讲师。研究方向为密码学、布尔函数。

在教学方面，担任了《离散数学》、《操作系统原理》、《大学信息技术基础》、《有趣的密码学》（选修）、《计算机视觉》等课程的教学任务。参与教材《计算机网络》（哈尔滨工业大学出版社）的编写。
